Introducing Carlos, our new head coach

We are pleased to announce that Carlos Caldeira is our new Head Coach at the club, those who attended our Cardio Tennis sessions last year will know him well.

Carlos' role mainly involves developing a high quality coaching programme offering something for all members of the club (including the reintroduction of team coaching) as well as organising our youth teams.

For the next few weeks there will be no change to our existing coaching programme with junior courses going ahead as advertised and the continuation of Rusty Rackets on Monday evenings.

We hope you'll join us in giving Carlos a warm welcome, let's face it we could all do with some warmth!

Winter Tennis

Even though the days have now shortened and the temperature has dropped there is no reason to put your rackets away into storage as Boldon LTC have a lot going on over winter.

However, if the courts have ANY snow, ice or frost on them please refrain from playing as standing on them permanently damages the matting.
